VOLUME I / CURRENT WORK

From architecture
to evidence.

The next phase is not another isolated subsystem. It is end-to-end validation: compile, plan, execute, observe, and recover the full architecture on real hardware.

NOW VALIDATINGApple Silicon · AMD DevCloud

Validate the whole path.

Prism is currently validating the full architecture end to end across Apple Silicon and AMD DevCloud environments. The goal is to prove that the same semantic and evidence contracts survive different hardware, memory, backend, and deployment conditions.

TRACK A

Apple Silicon

Native local path: GGUF ingestion, CImage compilation, Metal execution, residency, receipts, and interactive serving.

ACTIVE VALIDATION
TRACK B

AMD DevCloud

Cross-hardware path: capability-driven planning, backend integration, physical mapping, and evidence comparison.

DEVELOPMENT VALIDATION

One executable path.
Every boundary observed.

01INGESTmodel identity + source digest
02COMPILEadmission + CImage
03PLANcapabilities + placement
04EXECUTEbackend + residency
05PROVEreceipt + replay evidence

Prism Agent for Mac.

We are preparing an executable, self-contained Prism Agent application for macOS. It is designed to let users see the architecture working live on their own machines rather than encountering Prism only as a paper or command-line claim.

PRISM AGENT / MAC

See the system where it runs.

The demo will make the local model, compiled artifact, runtime route, hardware state, and execution evidence visible as one connected experience.

IN PREPARATIONSelf-contained executable demo
What the demo is meant to show

A user should be able to run the app locally, select or load a model, watch the deployment path resolve, inspect the resulting artifact and route, and observe live inference on the machine's available hardware. The goal is architectural legibility, not a synthetic dashboard.

Ship evidence with the executable.

01SELF-CONTAINEDInstall and run without reconstructing the development environment.
02OBSERVABLEShow the model, CImage, execution lane, and current state.
03LOCALRun on the user's Mac with no required cloud inference path.
04HONESTDistinguish supported routes, fallbacks, and development surfaces.

THE PRISM PAPERS / VOLUME I

The architecture becomes real
when another engineer can run it.

Prism Agent is the next bridge between systems research and a live machine: a self-contained way to observe compiler-first deployment in motion.
